Confirming the constant commitment to keeping data protected and to guarantee maximum transparency on the way in which they are treated and kept safe, Dhora srl ​​social enterprise and the other Joint Data Controllers have adapted to GDPR 679/16 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data) and have adapted the information on the processing of personal data in compliance with articles 13 and 14 GDPR 679/16.
Identity of the joint data controllers
The Dhora srl ​​social enterprise company, the Aps Talej net, the Damanhur Alchemy School Association, the Aps Vajne, the Temples of Humanity Association and the Selet srl company (all with headquarters in via Baldissero, 21 in Vidracco - TO) are active to support, each for its own functions and skills, the requests of people who visit or want to know the Community of Damanhur and its Temples and who request information, services, to have cultural or educational experiences, being able to register at the first access at one of the co-owner bodies and not having to repeat the registration with declared inconvenience on the part of the majority of users. In practice, to benefit from a service, such as a visit, the services of several companies and/or associations that have the same purposes and use the same tools for processing the personal data of the interested parties are performed one after the other.
The aforementioned companies and associations are co-owners of the processing of personal data, in the person of their legal representatives pro tempore, on the basis of the internal agreement stipulated pursuant to art. 26 of GDPR 679/16 and it is up to each Joint Controller, upon first contact with the interested party, to provide information on the processing of personal data directly or through Dhora srl, a social enterprise or another joint controller.
Dhora srl ​​social enterprise coordinates the obligations for the processing of personal data of which it is co-owner, as it is equipped with the human, technological and organizational resources as a social enterprise that manages multiple heterogeneous operational units.
Dhora srl ​​social enterprise is responsible for providing feedback to interested parties in the event of exercise of rights.
The Joint Controllers guarantee the security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data they possess, at any stage of the data processing process.

This information is provided, pursuant to art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 – “European Regulation on the protection of personal data”, to people who, for any reason, come into contact, request information, carry out a transaction with Dhora Impresa sociale srl or with one of the subjects who have designated Dhora Impresa sociale srl srl responsible for the processing (art. 28 GDPR).

Source of the data
The personal data processed are those provided by the interested party on the occasion of:
- purchases made at the point of sale of any of the subjects listed on http://www.damanhur.org/it/privacy, or through a website attributable to them;
- requests for information addressed to any of the subjects listed on http://www.damanhur.org/it/privacy, including via email;
- previous transactions with one or more of the subjects listed on http://www.damanhur.org/it/privacy;
- subscription to newsletters and registration on websites;
- granting of images, photographs, videos from interviews during events to publicize one's institutional activities.

Purpose of the processing
The personal data of the interested parties may be processed by Dhora Impresa sociale srl and by the independent data controllers who have designated Dhora Impresa sociale srl as data controller, listed on http://www.damanhur.org/it/ privacy, to pursue the following purposes:

1) forward to those who have expressed interest in the products, services, activities and initiatives proposed by any of the previously identified subjects, communications of various kinds and with different means of communication ( telephone, mobile phone, email, whatsapp, telegram, etc.);
2) promote activities, initiatives, products and services;
3) formulate requests or process requests received;
4) exchange information aimed at executing commercial transactions or contractual relationships of various kinds, including pre- and post-contractual activities;
5) carry out the operations necessary to process orders and other requests;
6) acquire user data from social profiles, through social login or interaction with the properties of the subjects involved;
7) use images to advertise your institutional activities.

Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is:
- execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same, for the purposes referred to in points 1), 3) , 4) and 5);
- pursuit of the legitimate interest of Dhora Impresa sociale srl and of the independent data controllers who have designated Dhora Impresa sociale srl as external data controller, for the purposes referred to in point 2);
- consent of the interested parties, formulated through the free and conscious choice of the privacy settings on the social networks used or for the images granted, for the purposes referred to in points 6) and 7).

Recipients of the data
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, or will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation. However, they may be communicated to workers employed by Dhora Impresa sociale srl. They may also be communicated, within the strictly necessary limits, to subjects who, for the purpose of processing purchases or other requests or providing services relating to the transaction or contractual relationship with one or more of the subjects listed, must supply goods and/or carry out performances or services on their behalf. Finally, they may be communicated to subjects entitled to access them pursuant to legal provisions, regulations and community regulations.
In particular, on the basis of the roles and work tasks performed, some workers have been entitled to process personal data, within the limits of their competences and in compliance with the instructions given to them by the respective data controller or joint data controller.
The images granted for the purposes referred to in point 7) of the processing purposes may be disseminated, with explicit consent as the legal basis.

Data transfer
None of the subjects defined above transfer personal data to third countries or to international organisations.
However, they reserve the right to use cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by the art. 46 GDPR 679/16.

Data retention
Dhora Impresa sociale srl and the independent data controllers who have designated Dhora Impresa sociale srl as external data controller retain and process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated. Subsequently, the personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by current civil and tax provisions.

Rights of the interested party
With reference to the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and articles. 15 - right of access, 16 - right of rectification, 17 - right to cancellation, 18 - right to limitation of processing, 20 - right to portability, 21 - right to object, 22 - right to object to the automated decision-making process of the GDPR 679 /16, the interested party can exercise his rights by writing to Dhora Impresa sociale srl at the address above, or by email to the address dpo.dhora@damanhur.org, specifying the subject of his request, the right he intends exercise and attaching a photocopy of an identity document certifying the legitimacy of the request.

Revocation of consent

Refusal to provide data

Automated decision-making processes
The subjects listed above do not carry out processing consisting of automated decision-making processes on the data of natural person customers, or of natural persons who operate in the name and on behalf of legal person customers.
